My services are client centered and draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, EFT, mindfulness, CBT and somatic approaches. I use play therapy, art therapy & eco therapy with children and teens. I specialize in anxiety, sexual trauma, family trauma, co-dependency, indoctrination, and couples work. I am experienced in working with the LGBTQ community and people of diverse backgrounds.
